Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda GX 200 6.5 HP, honda gx 200, air mixture

Question
John,
This is a brand new engine, only 1 tank of gas has been used.  Should the Carb need cleaned and rebuilt after only 1 tank? Is it possible that the low oil sensor would cause the engine to stall once the tiller is reaching maximum dept of till?  What degree of tilt would this engines low oil sensor shut off the engine?

John,
Your orginal reply to me was accidently deleted.  My question had to do with the Honda engine that I mounted on a 1974 Troy Bilt Horse model tiller.  It stalls when it hits a rock or extra hard soil.  You instructed me to turn the carbutator High RPM Air Mixture Screw Counter Clockwise 1/4 turn as the air mixture is too lean.  You also asked for my Model number so you could locate a breakdown for me to view online. I would like to view this breakdown before I start turning any screw so that I turn the correct one.

Model:  GX 200 QX

Thanks again,

 Hello Ray:

Glad you Wrote back. The Caburator on this Engine has No Adjustment for the air Mixture. It is All Performed Internal. This Carburator will need to be Removed and Cleaned and Rebuilt. Disassemble the Carburator and Soak Overnight in Cleaning Solution(Gunk carburator cleaner). Then Blow Out All the Passages with Compressed Air and Install Kit. You can View a Breakdown of this Engine and Carburator at this Addy http://www.honda-engines-eu.com/en/service/spareparts/heepartscatalogue/index.js and Enter the Model Numbers GX200 and Type Letters QX and then Use the Serial Numbers that are show and Click Go. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

Answer
 Hello Ray:

Use the Tiller and When it Stalls Check the Low Oil Switch. Use an Ohm Meter. If you Get Good Connection then Tilt the Tiller a Small Amount more and Check the Low Oil Switch. By Stalls; doe it seem to Shutoff as if you Turned the Engine Off? Jumper the Low Oil Switch and Try the Tiller. This is the Quickest and Easiest way to Determine if the Low Oil Switch is Causing the Problem. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
