Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): homko 3hp rototillier, briggs and stratton, amf

I just picked up an old homko rototiller it needs belt and i can't see how to access them. I can't find any repair info on line either, can you help?

 Homko was Manufactured by AMF/Murray and Now Briggs has the Older AMF/Murray Mowers. You will have to Contact Briggs and Stratton Support for Information about Locating Manuals and Parts for this Tiller. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
