Problem started with fuel leak from gas tank.  i replaced all fuel lines. Gas is now leaking into carb. and out the exhaust.  Where should i start?

Answer
 Hello Ronnie:

Remove the Spark Plug. Drain the Oil from the Crankcase and Let the Crankcase vent for 24 hrs. The Problem is the Gas Flow from the Tank is Leaking by the Carburator Float Needle and Seat. Purchase and Install a Cutoff Valve in the Gas Line between the Tank and Carburator and Turn the Gas Flow Off when not Using the Mower. Check the Gas Tank Cap and Ensure it is Venting the Tank Properly. Clean and Rebuild the Carburator and Replace the Needle (and Seat if this Model uses one). This will Stop the Flooding for a Short while. With the Carburator Clean and Rebuilt and the Cutoff Valve you should Not have the Flooding Problem Again. Remove the Muffler and Clean any Gas from it. After the Crankcase has Vented for 24 hrs, Replace the Drain Plug and Refill with Oil. Replace the Spark Plug. Turn the Gas Cutoff Valve on and Start the Engine. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.

 Good Luck
