Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda gcv160 copy - stalls after 10 - 20 secs, honda gcv160, fuel mixture

Hi, I have bought a brand new mower that has a copy of the Honda GCV160 motor on it. Just to try it out i started to do my lawn and it just stopped. I check the fuel and it had plenty, oil plenty. It has a safty brake,so as soon as you let go it stops, i adjusted this and the mower ran for a few mins the again it stopped as it did before. It does have a manual throttle control and it is self propelled. Not even using the propelling handle it still stalls. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? Thanks Mark.

 Hello Mark:

 From your Description, It Sounds like the Carburator Float is Stuck or the Carburator Fuel Mixture Screws need Adjusting.  Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.
