Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Push lawnmower ran out of oil, plug hole, lawnmower

Question
Hello,

My push lawn mower ran out of oil while cutting the grass.  I fille the lawn mower with oil and when I tried to crank it the rope will not budge.  Could you please tell me how I can fix this problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Answer
 Hello Ryan:

This Engine May not be Any Good Now. You can Try this and See if it Helps. 1- Remove the Spark Plug. 2- Pour Oil Into the Plug Hole. 3- Turn the Engine Back and Forth Using the Blade and see if it Loosens Up. If it Does, then Turn the Engine a Few Times with the Starter while the Plug is Still Out and then Replace the Plug and Try to Start it. Normally when an Engine Locks the Way this One has, it is No Longer any Good and Wont Start and Run. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
