Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): valves, feeler gauge, adjustment screw

 I forgot to also ask the best way to check and also to adjust the valves if needed.

 Hello Buddy:

 The Valve Clearance is Set like a Car. Remove the Valve Cover. Loosen the Adjustment Locking Nut and Using a Feeler Gauge Between the Rocker and the Valve Stem, Turn the Adjustment Screw to the Thickness of the Feeler Gauge. Hold the Adjustment Screw and Lock the Nut when the Valve is Set. Make Sure the Valve is in the Closed Position When Setting the Clearance. I Still Do Not Believe it is the Valves. Hope this Helps.
