Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sears Eager -1 dies after 10 mins, eager 1, tecumseh engine

Hello,

I have a Craftsman 20" mulcher with at 4hp Tecumseh engine.  It will start fine and run for about 10-15 mins then dies.  It won't restart after it dies but will start again the next day.

I have replaced the spark plug, air filter, fuel line, cleaned fuel tank, replaced and adjusted the carb.

I'm thinking ignition module or the engine getting hot?

The mower is at a summer camp and it is not near a parts distributor so I have to take parts with me.    
Any ideas?

 Hello Michael:

 When Mower Quits. Check the Gas Cap and Ensure that it is Venting the Tank Properly. If the Cap Doesnt Vent the Tank, then Suction Occurs in the Tank and the Gas Flow is Stopped to the Carburator. If the Cap is Good, then Take a Wire and Wrap around the Threads of the Plug and Attach the Other End to the Bolt Above the Plug Hole. Check for Fire. If No Fire, then the Ignition Module/Coil is Bad. If you have Fire, then the Valve Lash(clearance between the valve stem and the tappet/rocker arm) May be too Tight. I can Better Assist you with the Model Numbers Off of the Engine. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
