Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sabre 18 HP riding mower with a couple problems, starter solenoid, couple problems

Question
John,
I have a Sabre 18 HP V-twin OHV riding mower. Model #350777 Type 1130-E1 3660 Code 97090411. A friend replaced the starter solenoid & the keyed ignition with a push button.I replaced the battery, fuel pump, line & filter. It starts only in full throttle & the choke pulled all the way out, which closes the carb.It cuts out if I lower either one.Now that I had it starting & somewhat running the blades won't start. I lost the manual & was hoping for detailed info that might help me. Thank You,any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Answer
 Hello Jessie:

Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower Frame, Please. These Numbers will Let me See the Mower in Question. As for the Engine Problem, Clean and Rebuild the Carburator. Check the Gas Tank Cap and Ensure it is Venting the Tank Properly. Once you have the Carburator Clean and the Engine Running Properly, then we can Check out Why the Blades Are Not Turning. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
