Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawn mower wont start, walk behind lawn mower, model series

Question
I have a Ariens walk-behind lawn mower 911077 model series 002611 it's a 5.5hp w/bag. The mower won't stay running.  It trys to start sometime it turns over for a brief moment and others it just won't start.  I cleaned the gas put new  gas in it.  Changed and cleaned the spark plug.  Changed the oil.   It still won't start.

Sorry for the delay- vacation

Fuel problem -
Drop the fuel bowl- spray carb cleaner through both the main jet hole and the idle hole.  These are in the center of the tube from the center and bottom of the fuel bowl.  Make sure spray gets into the carb body when you do this.
