Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): wiring, sorry john, stator

I,m woring on this inersall lawn tracter it's a twin 14 hrs. model n43 ser-bn12635.
red-hot black-hot green-hot orange-carb and yellow to frame.My question is How many hot's is it suppose to have?

 Hello John:

 Im Sorry John but Im Not Understanding the Question. There are Severall Wires that are Hot in the Harness. Some May be Hot Only at Certain Time. Like the Soleniod Wire from the Ignition Switch to the Soleniod. It is Hot Each time you Start the Engine, but Only Briefly. Also the Stator wire is Hot when the Ignition Switch is On. If you can Explain Further about the Problem, I may be Able to Assist you Further. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
