Question
Craftzman DYT 4000 riding mower with 15 hours of use.
Engine runs fine for about 15 minutes then dies and will not start again untill it cools off over night.
Gas flow is fine while cranking.

 Hello Joe:

 It Sounds like the Ignition Module/Coil is Heating up and Grounding. When this Happens there is No fire to the Spark Plug. Operate the Mower again until the Mower Quits, Check for Spark. If No Spark, then Remove the Coil Shut Off Wire and Check for Spark. If you have Spark then a Safety Switch is Overheating and Shutting off the Engine by Grounding the Coil. It is Rare for this to Happen, but it Does Happen. If after this Diagnostic it still Runs and Quits, Check the Compression and If the Compression is Good, then The Carb is Picking up Trash.
