Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): huskee lawn tractor wont start, fuel mixture, cc check

Model 13AB693G131.....Eng/4902AA...Tecumseh 17.5hp

I had bad fuel in the tank.  I had the carburetor cleaned and rebuilt.  The only way it will start is with carb spray and dies when evaporated.  I changed out the fuel lines, filter and drained the tank.  The battery is good and all wires replaced.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

 Hello CC:

 Check the Compression. Minimum 75psi. If the Compression is 75psi or Better, then the Carb is Still the Cause of your Problem. Is there a Fuel Mixture/Shutoff Soleniod on the Carb Bowl? Im seeing Both Carbs listed for this Model.
