mower starts for 10 sec than stops cleaned calb still wont go thank you

Sounds like you're on the right track- sounds fuel related.
1- change your gas, it maybe water contaminated
2- check your inline fuel filter, or tank screen for clogging
3- drop your fuel bowl and rinse it out, it may have water in it or debris
4- verify your carb isn't loose, and the gasket is good between the carb and the intake manifold
