Sorry it's taken so long but their website has not been working all weekend.

Have you changed the engine oil?
Does the oil smell like gas?
Is the engine an L head model or OHV model?

Let me know.

1 I DO SMELL GAS IN THE OIL 2 OIL WASN'T CHANGED
3 L HEAD

Answer
This a fairly common problem.  The inlet needle inside the carb did correctly seal for whatever reason.

You can try chaning the oil, re-filling and run the engine. It may smoke for a while until all the oli/gas mix burns off.

I'd recommend replacing the inlet needle and blowing out the carb.

Let me know if this helps.
