Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): hm100 carb snowblower, bolt torque, head bolts

Can't keep it running prime runs,dies.Pour fuel down carb runs ,dies.Cleaned most of holes with torch tip cleaner.new needle and spring,cleaned float bowl ,new gas,new lines,1 1/2 turns out no go .adjust,adjust no go,just idle die .floats ok .What have l missed .lots of gas to to carb and bowl but it ain't getting passed that.STUMPED

PS is there a port that is blocked that l missed or something.

Answer
Check the head bolt torque, 200 inch pounds.  The head bolts are prone to loosening.

I'd bet the problem is still in the carb.  I've had to clean some of those carbs several times before they worked correctly.

Did you blow compressed air through the holes?  Was there any varnish in the carb bowl?
