Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snow blower, plug hole, fuel flow

Hey mike i just need your help im not sure what model snowblower it is but im going to use the engine for something else. my question is tha that ive tried and tried to get the engine running but it just won't start. please give me many answers.      thanks alot

Hi Shane,

An engine needs 3 things to run:  
Fuel flow, starting from the tank to the carb to the cylinder.  
Strong, timed spark.  
Timed, proper compression

Remove the spark plug, connect the wire, lay it against the head and check the spark at the electrode gap.  If good, add a tablespoon of fuel to the spark plug hole or squirt fuel into the carb intake.  See if it runs.
