Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Homelite string trimmer Model UT20696, speed adjustment, low speed

Question
I can't find any information on the 2 adjusting screws on the carburetor of this trimmer. Can you give me any help?   Thanks

Answer
The screw closest to the cylinder is the low speed mixture adjustment and the farther one is the high speed adjustment.  Both should be initially set to 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated.  Then start it up, let it warm up a few minutes and start by first adjusting the high speed mixture.  Hold it at WOT and turn the high speed in until maximum RPM is reached, then open it 1/4 of turn.  This should be sufficiently rich to provide good power under load.  The low speed needs to be adjusted so it provides only enough fuel to keep the engine from bogging when you pull the throttle open quickly to rev it up.  Hope this helps.
