Steering Column Repair: STEERING COLUM, neutral safety switch, delay wipers

I HAVE A 96 TAURUS AND ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I HAD A PROBLEM WITH STERRING STICKING. I CHECKED FLUID IT WAS FINE.  THEN MY RADIO,DELAY WIPERS,WINDOWS WOULD ONLY AND WILL STILL ONKLY WORK IN PARK AND NEUTRAL -- IS THIS THE NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH OR IS IT A WIRING ISSUS?

Hello Dawn,
After another consideration of your question, it is hard to tell without looking at some other things. It does sound as though you have a wiring issue. A good place to start looking is at the neutral switch. I can't be for sure whether the steering sticking is related or not. If there are multiple controls on the steering wheel I would suspect the connection under the steering wheel on the column.
