Water just dribbles out --is this part easy to install---how do I find one?--Thanks

There may just be some blockage somewhere in the line or the fogger.I would start by trying to clean out the line.This can be done with compressed air, if you dont have access to an air compressor and a air nozzle i would try to find someone nice who does.:)
