Towing Issues: Lien laws, one of the lucky ones, lien laws

I understand that in some states a towing company is required to relinquish your car if you show a valid I.d. Thwn ask for the bill via mail. I live in auburn, al. Does this apply to me?

I am sorry to say that you are not one of the lucky ones who can do that. As far as I know, Arizona has that provision in its laws but it has a lot of conditions before it applies.

Washington State has - had a promissory note which you signed and then when you went to court and contested the tow reasons you would either have to pay if you lost or you did not if you won.
