Towing Issues: Involuntary Towing, tow truck driver, price risk

Question
A large SUV is parked next to column in tight parking garage with 6' 6" clearance. Very tight 90 degree turn. Cars parked tight. Question: Can vehicle be involuntarily removed/towed while steering & doors are locked and vehicle in park? How would vehicle be moved out of this very tight space? Is the risk of damaging SUV so great that removing/towing should not be attempted?

Answer
ok there is a ton of stuff in this question with goes unanswered.

But in a basic sense, yes any vehicle can be towed from any location, but it might take more work, equipment and time which can affect the price.

Risk of damage happens "ANY TIME A VEHICLE MOVES" be it driven, pushed, or towed.

Now if you are a tow truck driver, asking this question then you are not aware of "GOJACKS" or skates, or even dollies.
