Towing Issues: car towing, plain junk, strange rules

How can I get a car towed that has been parked on the side of my house since December 23rd?  I live in Katy TX and put a note on the car asking them to move it, I don't know who it belongs to and would like it gone.  What are my options so I don't have to pay to have it moved?

best for you to call the police first and have then check it to see if it is stolen or whatever. That way at least one base is covered in that "CYA" issue.

Then talk to a tow company or 2, as see what they suggest in removing it. You should not be charged for the towing (most cases) unless it is just plain junk.  

Texas has some strange rules and they are always changing and being "understood" in different manners so best to see what they say.
