How do I tow a 1992 GMC Suburban 350 miles? Springfield, Mo to Durant, Oklahoma. I am renting a Uhall Dolly. Do I tow with front or rear wheels up? I want to protect the transmission and other mechanicals of the car that might be affected. Thank you,

I am not totally up on U-Haul policies, but I think that will be to big and heavy for their equipment.

But best would be load it backwards so that the rear wheels are on the dolly. That way the transmission is not affected at all, unless it is a 4 wheel drive suburban.

Removing the driveline is great if you have to load it frontwards or if its 4 wheel drive.
