Towing Issues: towing law, georgia public service commission, georgia public service

Question
I IT LEAGAL IN GA STATE...IF A LOCAL CHURCH SAID I COULD PUT MY TRAVEL TRAILER ON THER LAND...TO HELP WITH THE CHURCH..THEN THE NEXT MORING IT BE TOWED AWAY

Answer
Ah, I am not sure what is being asked here, as you say you had permission to park there and then got towed.

Georgia does require that the property owner authorize the tow in writing before the vehicle is towed. And I am guessing that you talked to someone but that person was not really authorized to give permission.

Churches are real complicated in as to who really has control. The pastor might think he does, but the deacons or board of directors really controls the church.

Sorry that you got towed but it sounds like the typical left hand not knowing what the right hand does or says.

Below is a link to the Georgia Public Service Commission who regulates towing companies. This is kind of a FAQ on towing.
