Towing Issues: Revoking Parking Privileges, tow truck driver, lease contract

Does a condo complex have the right to revoke assigned parking privileges to owners that are in maintenance arrears?

Answer
it would all depend on what is spelled out in the purchase - rental - lease contract. But it does tend to be in most of them from what I understand.

Also there might be some state laws which apply and I am not able to figure out where this is happening due to lack of information.

I am not a lawyer just a tow truck driver, but I feel that they (property owners) have the rights to suspend your rights if you do not pay for maintenance just like if you do not pay rent you no longer are able to live in the unit.
