Towing Issues: truck damages with tow, tow company, dealer ship

7 wks ago my tahoe was damaged being towed. My vehicle was taken to the garage instead of dealer ship shop although it was 5pm in Ca. my car arrived after i did the following morning to the dealers.my driver mirror was completely facing the opposite way craked open. the service guys tried to put it together but its broken. ive been in contact with the insurance but they say the pics show no damages,and towing argues that theres scratches that are not consistant,which i never seen before. insurance guys are giving me the run around.what can i do?

Well I really hate to say it but it will be hard to prove who did the damage in most cases.

Now the tow company has looked at it from what I see in your question and so has the dealership.

And the insurance company is involved and they are acting like normal, not wanting to pay for anything.

Now the tow company might have done the damage while towing it, but then again the dealership might of done it and is trying to place the blame on the tow company.

I wish I could help you, but I would keep on the insurance company as they will do an investigation and try to determine who is at fault.
