Towing Issues: tow fee, tow fee, storage fees

an x-renter who I tossed out for destroying the room she was renting,did not bother to take her vehicle with her when she left.  she did not ask to leave it here nor has she attempted to contact me about this. If I have a tow co.  come get it out of my carport, who is charged the tow fee?

as a general rule the vehicle owner is responsible for towing and storage fees. But if the vehicle is real trash you might have to pay to have it removed. If that happens, you might see if the tow company will refund your money if the owner picks up the vehicle.
