Towing Issues: 20inch tires, freind, 20inch tires

should you stay away from using a wheel lift on 20"tires a freind says no that
the force used to keep tire in pan will bend the wheel what do you know

While this "theory" sounds logical, it would require the same amount of pressure on the rims as if the vehicle was going down the roadway...

The straps to secure the vehicles tires to the wheel lift would not exert enough pressure to bend the rims...   That is my thoughts on it, and I have not seen any statements or anything about this issue in any of the towing magazines.
