Towing Issues: Sign posting, solid answers, driveaway

Question
My daughters a tenant in a duplex-shared w/owner. Owner is in foreclosure. The harrassment is unbelievable that owner is doing. Today she put up a crudely made NO PARKING/TWO AWAY sign. With a local Tow Co. tele number. My daughter is at ends wit. Now afraid to park there-in a shared driveaway. Is this legal.

Answer
well a sign, crudely made or professionally made does "CONVEY the restrictions" and as such depending on the city or state laws (again no important information provided) it might be legal. Some places do not even require signs, and others have specific sizes, colors, wording and such.

But this sounds like a legal issue really since foreclosure is involved and I really have no solid answers on what to do there, other then be ready to move quick.
