Towing Issues: Tow, tow truck driver, better business bureau

QUESTION: I got an orange sticker on my car 9-8-09 for flat tires all of them. Well i fixed them patched and moved my car. Now i have 2 cars so cant drive both.i came out today to see my car being towed a tire went flat again. It is 10 8 09 and no sticker was on my car this time. Why and is it an illigal tow?

ANSWER: I need to know what state and city are you in? Who authorized the tow?

QUESTION: Dallas TX and the apartment complex ( im guessing) when i was next to the tow truck driver he said take it up with the complex, when i called them and told them it was a month ago that they had stickered me and was fixed and moved , they told me to take it up with the tow people >?!

I would recommend filing a complaint with the state, the better business bureau, ripoffreport.com and sending a registered letter requesting proof of why you vehicle was towed to both the complex and the towing company. Make sure it is registered so they know you are serious. Then when I got that info I would call an attorney. (well, let me know what they give you, then contact an atty)
