Towing Issues: car tow, car tow, traffic hazard

my car broke dawn in mayor street road,i park it on street for 4 hours and they tow it with out a anticipate warning is  legal to take it with out a writing notification ?

Ok you broke down and it was parked "IN the roadway"   Well they will generally issue you a parking ticket and then have it towed due to being a "TRAFFIC HAZARD"


Written notice, well I guess that you think when it is parked in the middle of the roadway blocking traffic, that the police need to send you a letter via the US MAIL to notify you that it is blocking traffic and needs to be moved...


I am sorry for the attitude but in reality this question is not very serious and is really hard to follow it..
