Towing Issues: Having a car towed from my property at owners expence., mind reading, reading skills

I have had a car parked in my drive way for 3 months and had ask the owner to move it now several times.
Can I have towed off my property at his expense legally.

it all depends on the state laws where you are located.

Some laws will allow it, and others require that you call the police and they authorize the tow.

Sorry for not having the answers, but my mind reading skills are failing as I get older.
