Can I tow a 1994 dodge caravan behind a 16' moving truck using a car dolly without modifications to the vehicle?

Answer
The caravan is front wheel drive and as long as it is on the tow dolly with the front up and the Emergency brake (which works on the rear wheels off - released) then you should be good to go, as long as the company which is renting the moving truck allows it to be done.

U-Haul does have restrictions on what can be done with "THEIR EQUIPMENT" and that would be the key factor in this answer also.
