Towing Issues: towing fees, tow rates, texas department of licensing and regulation

i had a problem in navarro county here in tx and i am trying to find out if there are laws about what fees can be charged for towing vehicles and having them for less than 24 hours...

Yes, there is the TDLR  (Texas Department of Licensing and regulation) web site where tow companies are required (not all of them do or are current) to list their "NON CONSENT TOW RATES"

the link below allows you to do search your area.  Just enter the town or company name in the search and then when it comes up look for the "non consent rates" section..
