Towing Issues: People parking in front of my garage, newark nj, parking violations

I live in Newark NJ I live in my own house that has a garage.  But for some
reason almost every week there's someone parked in front of my garage on the
street. Can't park my car. I have put do not park sign nothing.  is there any law
that will let me contract a towing company to move that car?

If I read your question correctly, the issue is with vehicles blocking your driveway. This is on a public street and unfortunately you are not allowed to tow vehicles or authorize the vehicles to be towed off the street for parking violations...

You need to contact the police department and they will come out and ticket the vehicle and then most likely have it towed...
