Towing Issues: L bracket or arm wheel?, boynton beach florida, l arm

I do I find a replace for the L arm or wheel arm (not sure of the correct name) for my 2001 c6500 flatbed towing truck.   I live in Boynton Beach Florida and no one seems to know where I can find this part.
