Towing Issues: towing on a car dolly, car dolly, truck ford

Can I tow a 1991 ford f150 truck on a car dolly behind a 24ft moving truck(ryder) without causing damage to the truck(ford)?

Well this is really out of my area of expertise, but I would believe that the Pickup is to heavy for the car dolly.

Uhaul has a great website and you can go on there and "RUN THE INFORMATION" and see what they say. Penske and Ryder both would follow the same stuff...
