Towing Issues: towing capacity, dodge ram 1500, prowler travel trailer

I am looking to purchase a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 to pull a 2000 Prowler Travel Trailer (4200-4300#).  Would this be a safe purchase or would I experience pulling issues or stress on the vehicle.  Thanks for your candid answer and assistance!  Asap, if possible.

Sometimes the answer is not that easy but it's not hard to find out either. Generally speaking, more information is needed. It's best to know the axle ratio, axle ratings, truck's weight empty, gross vehicle weight rating and gross combined weight rating, etc. Most of this information is listed in the driver's door jamb.
