Towing Issues: towin from a driveway, proper space, driveways

QUESTION: One of my neighbors is complianing to my landlord about us having the only parking space in the driveway.He is stating that it is agisnt the law to have a car inside the driveway in the city of l.a. is this true?i have read some of your past questions an no the car does not stick out from the proper space & it does not block aything?

ANSWER: To properly answer the question I need more information. Is this driveway a right of way access with street parking or an alley? I don't quite understand the question as most driveways are designed for parking vehicles at a residence.

QUESTION: The driveway is to access to the street,& i know thats what driveways are ment for but my landlord is not familiar with all laws & she bealives what my angry neihboer is saying.if you can anseer me i can show her the truth.the problem is my neighbor wants the parking but since we have been here longer they rented the property with the parking & now my landlord is not sure on what to do.

I wish I could help but I'm still trying to understand the question and situation correctly. I could be over or under thinking the problem here but if my neighbor is complaining about me parking my vehicle in my driveway for my house then what's the problem? Since it doesn't seem that simple, my suggestion is for you, the neighbor and the landlord to have a face to face meeting to understand each others concerns and resolve this problem before it gets worse.
