Towing Issues: Inproper towing with damages in the car, rear mirror, visitor space

Hi Rigsby my car was towed from a visitor space from my condo, the condominiums have a contrat with that company and not sure but they suposed to check permits only but like i said not sure what the contract said, ok i did have the parking permit tag hangging in the rear mirror, the reason they said is an invalid expiration sticker in the tag (the tag is from out of state so how can they know, ofcourse they cant), now the tag did have a plastic cover on front, the towing company use tools in my car (screwdriver i think) damaging the body of the car, now i complain as soon as i take the car out of the lot, i did receive a really bad response with some racism words in his words about my race they trow me out of the lot, clossing the window in my face, am i maryland and will like to do something about all this situation that i hope you agree it is illegal (damaging property, racism, etc), please give me an advice of what should i do, how to do it, and if the condominium managing is liable at all, am a homeowner by the way if that entitled me to file some complain (or sue) thank you for the time

If the tow company damaged your car they are responsible for the damages. The problem is proving that they damaged the vehicle while it was in their care and custody. It sounds as the situation was unprofessional handled and wasn't resolved. At this point if you or the tow company manger can't communicate in a calm, respectful and professional manner and resolve the situation then a mediator can help. Usually the mediator is lawyer, magistrate or judge. If they feel you have a strong case they by all means, proceed. Good luck.
