Towing Issues: Illegal Tow Private Property Impound, tow truck driver, tow companies

I need help finding an attorney that will take this case.  The property I have become a recent resident of has violated my rights as well as many others in my community.  I was towed from my own residence by the property management whom has enlisted an unauthorized towing company to do their towing.  I have checked the laws and he and the property management have violated the city ordance, public utilities, and the Ohio revised code.  Yet I cannot get a local agency or attorney to help me.  Can you please contact me and I will send you the statement of facts document and if you will call I will give you the full detail of how a case against our city by the towing industry has affected the safety of our community as well as the house bill that gave the city ordance powers of regulations to the public utlities commission which has left nearly no laws to regulate the industry to maintain customer service as well as the safety of the people from fradulent towing.  This has been the most horrifying instance that I have ever had with property management in my life.  I need help; yet I can find none.

I am just a "tow truck driver" and I wish I could help you find answers here, but this is really out of my area of expertise...

If you are having trouble with finding an attorney who will take the case then maybe you really do not have a case... That or they are just scared of the "political reactions" it may involve...

I would suggest that you contact the Ohio Bar Association and see if they can refer you to an attorney who will take the case....

Only attorney I know who might take it is one based in Kentucky who does represent tow companies who are going after states or companies and I am not sure he would help you...
