Towing Issues: Second opinion, storage fees, lawrence mass

My car is on hold for drug related charges in Lawrence, Mass. I ask my lawyer if i have to pay for the storage fees,and he says i have to only pay for the towing fees.I want to make sure this is true because my lawyer is sometimes inconsistent?

Well as the vehicle owner, you are responsible for towing and storage fees... That generally is in the state laws...

Plus since it was towed for a "criminal offense" there are other issues at times. Sometimes vehicles are "Forfeited" in court rulings...
