Towing Issues: Tow Bumper height, bumper hitch, calgary ab

Question
I have an 06 Ranger Sport with a tow bumper stamped for 2000 lb.  I'd like to rent a U-haul trailer for a local move, but the ball height is higher than the 26" height specified by the rental company (weight is not an issue)
Are there any attachments available for my bumper that I could use to lower the ball height to an acceptable level? While I know loading the truck bed with concrete would lower the hitch, I'm sure this is not the way to go when pulling a trailer....

as far as I know there are no products which will lower the "BUMPER HITCH"...

But I am sure that U Haul told you they could install a hitch assembly which mounts and fits to the frame and then you can buy hitch assemblies which have drop down level assemblies which is what you are trying to do.
