Towing Issues: super high price unfair billing, town of malone, there some kind

are there some kind of laws on maximum billing  in upstate NY  town of  Malone . our track hoe flipped with trailer on back of dumptruck taking out utility pole .  state police called recovery company they responded  when they got to scene they were told it would be at least 3 hours before power would be cut to stay on stand by by state police  there garage was 5 miles away they stayed at scene with more equipment than they would ever need afterwards billing us for  9 hrs total bill 12,000 dollars we checked with local lake George recovery company  showed them the bill best they could come up wit was 7000 . we asked for a itemized bill they refuse to give us one said they belong to traa and don,t have to itemize bill or even break it down  that does not seam right. we should be able to know what were being billed for are there laws on this. also they wont release equipment. we will have to pay bill and fight later . anything you can help with will be helpful

But quick answer is yes  pay it now and then go to court over the fees...  I have lots of questions here and it will take time to answer this correctly...
