Towing Issues: Parking in my driveway, no trespassing signs, harris county

Question
I live just outside the city limits of Houston, TX in Harris County.  We recently bought a house with a one acre lot.  We have two driveways - one to our house and one to our large shop/garage next door.  Well, our rude neighbors insist on parking at the end of our other driveway.  We told them to stop because we don't want our driveway blocked.  they have plenty of room in their driveway, but insist on using ours without our permission.  We told them to stop about 3 weeks ago and they did... until this week they started parking over there again.  I want to know if I can tow them when they do this again and if I have to call the police or have a sign posted before I do.  Please help!

Answer
Well depending on some of the laws there, you can have it towed off your property after you sign an authorization.. But then you also might have to have the police do the authorization for the tow..

Now one note here, over my long career of towing I have seen lots of "neighbor fights " get out of hand because of this...

Now I think you might put a gate up to stop then from parking there, add some no trespassing signs also..

Bottom line is check with the county sheriff and see what options they can provide for you ...
