Towing Issues: towing 04 jeep wrangler, rear driveshaft, jeep wrangler

I have an 04 jeep wrangler automatic V6 that I want to tow behind a 36 ft RV.
I keep getting conflicting info.  can it be towed with out taking out the drive shaft.  Do I need a tow dolly ...Help I am leaving 10-4-06 I cannot a good answer.

I hope you already have an appointment to have a base plate installed today as around here, any reputable shop will have at least a 1-2 day wait.  

You 2004 Jeep Wrangler Automatic 4x4 is towable flat with the transfer case in neutral and the transmission in park.  

I would advise AGAINST a tow dolly as you may then need to remove the rear driveshaft to avoid transfer case damage (I don't have the specs close at hand on this one).  

--I have double checked and you will not need to remove the driveshaft in order to flat tow the Wrangler.--
