Towing Issues: Getting My Car from Private Property, agricultural company, tow company

Question
I am trying to get my car off of my ex-boyfriends parents property! Well, actually they rent a trailor on someone else's property, the company they work for.  If I am the only name on the title, that means I am the owner of the vehilcle. So if I call a tow company to go pick up the vehicle from their property, what steps do I have to take first to make this a "legal" tow? Do I have to contact the police? Do I have to be present when the vehicle is being picked up? Do I have to get written authorization from the actual property owners (they are an agricultural company) or must I obtain written authorization from the parents since they are the only person's on the property that live there? PLEASE PLEASE help me with this issue! I need to get the car so I can sell it! I have tuition and rent to pay! Thank you for your time!

Answer
best bet is to call the local Sheriffs office and ask them if they can do a civil standby. Then when they are going to be there, make sure you are there and have the tow truck show up while you all are there.

Have proof of ownership  ( IE  Titile ) for the vehicle and proper vaild Identification for you also.

This is the best that I can offer for advise right now.
