Toyota Repair: Leaking ac

I just bought 4runner 1998 with 4cylinder engine, when I bought it the ac doesn't work  I went to mechanic and told me there is no refregant and recharge it with 1 bottle and to wait 3days, I was busy so after 12days it doesn't become cold only fan and during this 12days it work only 3 times
What should I do

Hello, there is a leak in the system, you should have a professional a/c tech check to see where the leak is and what it will need to get it fixed, this is not something to do yourself, it takes special equipment to find the leak using leak detectors and pressure gauges.
