Toyota Repair: toyota wont start, volt ohm meter, car wont start

Question
My wife notice that a fuse of a radio was blown an she changed it for a bigger fuse, an now the car wont start, the car ran fine before she change fuse, a mechanic told me bout check all fuses and relays wich i did i changed all fuses and relays of the car and they are exactly same fuses and relays the car still wont crank! All the light work and everything expect the ignition light ! So i dont know could it be the ECU?

Answer
Hello, I know it's too late now but NEVER put in a "bigger" fuse as this can cause wire and component damage. Does the engine turn over but not fire up? When turning the key on do the dash lights turn on? There are fuses under the hood as well as inside, where they all checked/replaced? Do you have a 12 volt testlight or a volt/ohm meter? When turning the key on does the check engine light illuminate?
