Toyota Repair: 1999 toyota solara crank but no start, toyota solara, plug connectors

so i just had my oil changed in my 1999 Toyota solara i never had a problem with it before just a o2 sensor witch was replaced months ago and has been fine but anyway it was driving fine the day of the oil change then the next day i woke up to go leave and i went to turn the key and the engine sounds like it is about  to start but it just don't it cranks over normally but just no start the battery is not dead the fuses were fine i checked them and now i just don't know where to go from here i would like to check the spark plugs but im not sure how also i would like to check to make sure its getting fuel im open  to all suggestions any ideas or something you think i should check please let me know thank you Ed

If the car has a lot of miles on it then the timing belt may have jumped on the timing sprockets, you can also check to see if it's getting spark by removing one of the spark plug connectors put a screwdriver in the end and hold the metal part about 1/4" away from ground while cranking the engine the spark should jump to ground.
